Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 13, 2026 • Quebec Remunerated Passenger Transportation (CTQ / SAAQ).
1. Service Agreement & Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern all private chauffeur reservations, transfers, and hourly livery services operated by Tremblant Black Cars between the Mont-Tremblant resort area, Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL), and Greater Montréal.
By completing a reservation via our website, telephone dispatch, or booking widget, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms in full on behalf of all traveling passengers in their party.
2. Rates & Area Coverage Notice
Verbatim Coverage Policy: The displayed price covers the Mont-Tremblant mountain and village. Additional charges may apply for destinations beyond this area. If your destination is outside this area, a team member will contact you by phone to finalize your reservation.
All published rates exclude mandatory federal and provincial sales taxes (GST 5% & QST 9.975%) unless explicitly indicated as all-inclusive. Gratuities for professional chauffeurs are at the client’s discretion or can be pre-arranged upon booking.
3. Flight Tracking & Airport Wait Time Policies
We actively monitor inbound commercial flights landing at Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL). Chauffeurs are dispatched according to your flight’s updated landing time.
- Domestic Arrivals: Up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time starting from official gate touchdown.
- International Arrivals: Up to 90 minutes of complimentary wait time starting from official gate touchdown (accommodating Canadian customs and baggage retrieval).
- Non-Airport Pickups (Hotels, Chalets, Residences): Up to 15 minutes of complimentary grace period from the scheduled pickup time.
- Excess Wait Time: Billed in 15-minute increments according to the applicable hourly category rate thereafter.
4. Ski Equipment & Luggage Capacity Limits
For passenger safety and compliance with transport regulations, luggage and winter sports gear must adhere strictly to vehicle capacity thresholds:
- Premium Sedan (Cadillac LYRIQ): Maximum 2 passengers. Ski and snowboard equipment is strictly unavailable in sedans.
- Grand SUV (Chevrolet Suburban): Maximum 6 passengers without skis, or maximum 4 passengers when transporting skis and snowboards.
- First Class SUV (Cadillac Escalade): Maximum 6 passengers without skis, or maximum 4 passengers when transporting skis and snowboards.
Parties arriving with luggage or ski gear exceeding the booked vehicle capacity may require an additional vehicle dispatched at the client’s expense.
5. Cancellation & Modification Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time: 100% fully refundable without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pickup, or passenger no-show at pickup location: Non-refundable and charged at full itinerary value.
- Flight Diversions or Cancellations: If an inbound flight is cancelled or diverted by the airline, clients must notify our dispatch team immediately. Re-dispatch will be accommodated based on vehicle availability.
6. Winter Mountain Weather Protocols
Operating luxury transport in the Laurentians requires strict adherence to alpine safety standards. All fleet vehicles are equipped with certified winter tires and all-wheel drive (AWD/4WD).
In the event of severe alpine snowstorms, freezing rain, or official road closures on Route 117 or Autoroute 15, Tremblant Black Cars prioritizes passenger safety above all. We may recommend earlier departure times to ensure on-time airport arrivals. We cannot be held liable for flight disruptions resulting from severe natural weather events or government highway closures.
7. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care
To maintain the immaculate condition of our luxury fleet, all vehicles are strictly smoke-free and vape-free. Any client or passenger causing damage to the vehicle interior or requiring extraordinary cleaning (due to beverage spills, mud, or sickness) will be assessed a minimum professional detailing surcharge of $350 CAD.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal proceeding arising from these terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent judicial courts of the District of Terrebonne or Montréal, Quebec.
