60 minutes complimentary wait time for domestic arrivals at YUL; 90 minutes for international customs. Satellite flight radar tracking automatically adjusts driver arrival to flight delays.

Hotel & Chalet Grace Periods

15 minutes complimentary grace period for departures from hotel porte-cochères and private chalets. Chauffeur sends direct SMS upon arrival at staging location.

En-Route Stopovers

Planned grocery stops (IGA Extra/Metro), SAQ, or ski equipment rentals in Saint-Jovite must be requested in advance and are billed at our standard hourly stopover rate (never complimentary).

Child Safety Seats

Certified rear-facing infant seats, toddler seats, and boosters are available upon advance reservation. Please specify children's ages/weights so our driver pre-installs the hardware before staging.
